Pillar Candles
Wax for pillar candle making is designed to be used in a mould with a wick. Pillar candles wax must separate well from the mould and keep its shape. Usually, pillar candle wax is “harder” than other waxes and blends.
Pillar candles, also known as table candles or church candles, can have an even, smooth surface, or can be textured. So the pillar wax has to be designed to be homogeneous, even when mixed with dyes, fragrances and scents.
British Wax offers natural and mineral waxes to be used for pillar candles. Some blends can be also used for wax melts.
