Currently, this e-commerce feature is available for a select range of waxes from our extensive catalogue.

How can I buy online at British Wax?

At British Wax, we specialise in manufacturing and distributing wholesale quantities of wax. As such, our products are generally tailored for businesses rather than retail customers. For example, we do not sell small bags of candle wax, and our minimum order quantities typically start at several kilos.

For this reason, purchases on britishwax.com are limited to registered and approved buyers.

Once you’ve selected a product, there are two possible actions you might encounter:

1. “Please log in to see prices”

If you see a green button labeled “Please log in to see prices” (as shown in the screenshot), this means the product is available for online purchase.

• Click the button to access the login page.
• If you don’t already have an account, you can register on the same page.

 

After logging in, the product page will update to display pricing and purchasing options.

From here, the checkout process works like a standard e-commerce experience. You’ll see the total cost of your order before proceeding to payment, and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Need larger quantities?
If you require quantities exceeding the maximum displayed online, please contact us directly. We’re happy to accommodate bulk orders, including pallet-sized quantities.

If you see a green button labeled “Contact us to buy” (as shown in the screenshot), it means the product is not currently available for online purchase.

This could be due to:

How can I register an account with British Wax?

If you’re an existing customer or a new buyer, you’ll need to register an account on our website to access online purchasing.

• This number is typically a 6-character code (e.g., XYZ123).
• If you don’t know your customer number, no problem! Just email us, and we’ll retrieve it from our ERP system.

After submitting your registration:

1. You’ll receive an automated email with instructions to set your password. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
2. Our sales team will review your application within one working day. If you haven’t heard back, feel free to follow up.
